Great architecture. Metal roof, HUGE trees and irrigated landscaped yard. Yes, I’m pretty special. So many details that pictures cannot capture. My entry way has leaded glass doors and picture frame paneling. The long elegant halls have imported decorative tile trim. The formal dining with the beveled mirror ceiling make the room light up. The hall towards the game room boasts built in storage and lighted book shelf. It could also be called a china cabinet because it is so pretty. The game room with its wet bar and setting area is a man cave for now but could really have many uses. The storage in this home is impressive so make sure you look in the closets. Do you like light and bright. My kitchen is big, white and stunning. My many built in niches and cabinet will impress you. The breakfast area overlooks the pool and 2.7 acres. My family room has a large built in entertainment center and more storage. The formal living that is directly in front of the entry way is so elegant with its fireplace and light fixtures. By the way, I have two master bedrooms. One is hand-cap accessible. The other has its own setting area and both have huge bath tubs. Nice walk in closets and plenty of space for your family. The pool is pretty special too. Don’t miss it.
